Bring the family up to the cool weather in Flagstaff June 19-21st and celebrate Fathers Day Weekend at Raptor Camp. This will be an amazing weekend with Raptor Friends hosted at our favorite place in northern Arizona- Village Camp. 

Full Run Option-We will have 2 groups available for Fridays run to Flagstaff. This is a big run and not ideal for a first timer and/or those with inexperienced rear seat passengers. Saturday we will have 12 spots for the Grand Canyon Run which is an all day trip. There will be 3 other shorter options available for those that  want more flex time.

Family Friendly Option-This is a great option for young family's or those that want to enjoy more of village camp. Traditionally fri-sat are long dirt days. This new option means you'll highway up and have shorter route options on saturday so you have more down time to relax, explore the cave or just hangout and enjoy Village Camp. Will include 4 dinners Saturday night vs 2. (more can be ordered if needed)

AZRR Registration Costs

• AZRR Registration $225.00 per truck (due at registration)
• Includes 2 event Tshirts
• Includes 2 dinners for saturday night. 
• Event planning, hosting lawn games & more
• Multiple GPX map files for dirt runs both friday and saturday.

Village Camp Costs: Required that everyone stays onsite at village camp

• Cabins:
  • Aspen Cabin: $254 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Cypress: $279 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Ponderosa: $279 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Cottonwood: $279 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
• RV: You will need to call for RV spots
  • Standard: $ / night
  • Premium: $ / night
  • Super Premium: $ / night

Food and Catering:

• Optional Breakfast on Saturday, lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday will be added to the cost of the cabins for $40 / person (including tax and gratuity). paid to Village Camp

   2. All Village Camp reservations must be done by by May 1st
   3. You MUST be an AZRR club member to participate 
   4. Registration is not transferable, or refundable. 
   5. Rain or shine. If the land is open we go
   6. Confirm you have 100% of the requirements AND your truck is RaptorRunReady
   7. Full means full! No extra trucks will be added
