Join us October 4-6th for the 2nd annual Raptor Camp Weekend! Come up to the cool pines of Flagstaff for an amazing weekend with Raptor Friends hosted at Village Camp. This will be an all inclusive weekend. 

AZRR Registration Costs

• AZRR Registration $199.00 (per truck due at registration)
• Includes 2 event Tshirts
• Event planning and hosting
• Multiple GPX map files

Village Camp Costs

• Private cabin $290.00 per night (2 night min)
• RV spot $100.00 per night
• Catered 5 meals incl $191.77pp+tax (2breakfasts, 1sack lunch, 2dinners)
• Kids meals under 12yrs $105pp+tax 

• Village Camp Deposits: 50% at time of booking, 50% Monday 8/5/2024

1. Make sure you're 100% available for the Weekend! 
2. All Village Camp reservations must be done by July 31st 
3. You MUST be an AZRR club member to participate 
4. Registration is not transferable, or refundable. 
5. Rain or shine. If the land is open we go
6. Confirm you have 100% of the requirements AND your truck is RaptorRunReady
7. Full means full! No extra trucks will be added
