New summer date so we can enjoy a break from the heat and head up to the pines. Join us August 22-24th for the 3rd annual Raptor Camp Weekend! Come up to the cool pines of Flagstaff for an amazing weekend with Raptor Friends hosted at our favorite place in northern Arizona Village Camp. 

AZRR Registration Costs

• AZRR Registration $225.00 per truck (due at registration)
• Includes 2 event Tshirts
• Includes 2 dinners for saturday night. 
• Event planning and hosting
• Multiple GPX map files

Village Camp Costs:

• Cabins:
  • Aspen Cabin: $210 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Cypress: $250 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Ponderosa: $250 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
  • Cottonwood: $250 / night (2 night minimum), $130 / night for additional nights
• RV:
  • Standard: $66.50 / night
  • Premium: $97.50 / night
  • Super Premium: $144 / night
  • breakfast on Saturday, lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday will be added to the cost of their cabins for $40 / person (including tax and gratuity).

1. Make sure you're 100% available for the Weekend! 
2. All Village Camp reservations must be done by June 22nd
3. You MUST be an AZRR club member to participate 
4. Registration is not transferable, or refundable. 
5. Rain or shine. If the land is open we go
6. Confirm you have 100% of the requirements AND your truck is RaptorRunReady
7. Full means full! No extra trucks will be added
