Join us Sept 22-24 for the all new Raptor Camp Weekend! Come up to the cool pines of Flagstaff for an amazing weekend with Raptor Friends. Village Camp is a brand new camp resort owned by one of our club members. We will be one of the first to stay at this new location. This will be an all inclusive weekend. Trucks must have 100% of the required gear. 

This is a FULL weekend event 

AZRR Registration Costs

• AZRR Registration $175.00 (due at registration)
• Includes 1 event Tshirt
• Event planning and hosting
• Multiple GPX map files

Village Camp Costs

• Private cabin $200.00 per night (2 night min)
• RV spot $75.00 per night
• All inclusive 5 meals incl $100pp (2breakfasts, 1sack lunch, 2dinners)
• Kids meals under 15yrs $50pp
• Entertainment included

1. Make sure you're 100% available for the Weekend! 
2. All Village Camps reservations must be done by July 15th (1/2 paid and 2nd 1/2 due by Sept 1st)
3. You MUST be an AZRR club member to participate 
4. You can only register for one truck, registration is not transferable, or refundable. 
5. Rain or shine. If the land is open we go
6. Confirm you have 100% of the requirements AND your truck is RUN READY
7. Full means full! No extra trucks will be added
8. We will be using the AZRR channel (153.5075) only on this run. Foutz can program your radio. Get it scheduled ASAP-Don't wait 'til the last minute.
